Every account starts with a free 14-day Pro trial, no card needed, so you can try TradeTurtle properly before you pay.
14-day money-back guarantee
If you’re not happy with Pro, email us within 14 days of a payment and we’ll refund that payment in full. This applies to your first payment and to each yearly renewal. You don’t need to give a reason.
After 14 days
After 14 days, payments aren’t refundable, but you can cancel at any time. When you cancel, you keep Pro until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and you won’t be charged again.
Your rights under the law
This policy doesn’t limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or the consumer law where you live. If the service has a major failure, you’re entitled to a refund regardless of this policy.
How to ask for a refund
Email support@tradeturtle.io from the address you sign in with. Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days.
